All guests, bags, and strollers are required to go through a standard security screening and inspection at the main entrance prior to entry.

Essential Visitor Info

Timings

  • Hours of Operation
  • The attraction opens daily at 10:00 AM. Standard closing time is 6:00 PM from Sunday through Friday, with extended hours until 8:00 PM on Saturdays.
  • Seasonal extensions and adjusted holiday hours occur throughout the year, so checking the schedule closer to your travel date is highly recommended.
  • Recommended Duration
  • Most families spend between three and four hours exploring the various interactive stations. Because all of the activities are self-guided, you are welcome to move at your own pace and stay as long as you like until closing time to ensure you finish every craft.
  • Last Entry Restrictions
  • To ensure guests have enough time to experience the facility, the ticket counter stops selling admission vouchers one hour before the building closes. The physical doors close to new arrivals exactly 30 minutes before closing time, meaning late entries will not be permitted past that cutoff window.
  • Best Time to Visit
  • Weekdays during the morning hours typically see fewer crowds, offering a more relaxed environment for children to interact with the popular digital exhibits. Weekends and school holiday periods tend to draw the largest crowds, which can result in longer wait times for the hands-on wax molding stations.
