Hours of Operation
The attraction opens daily at 10:00 AM. Standard closing time is 6:00 PM from Sunday through Friday, with extended hours until 8:00 PM on Saturdays.
Seasonal extensions and adjusted holiday hours occur throughout the year, so checking the schedule closer to your travel date is highly recommended.
Recommended Duration
Most families spend between three and four hours exploring the various interactive stations. Because all of the activities are self-guided, you are welcome to move at your own pace and stay as long as you like until closing time to ensure you finish every craft.
Last Entry Restrictions
To ensure guests have enough time to experience the facility, the ticket counter stops selling admission vouchers one hour before the building closes. The physical doors close to new arrivals exactly 30 minutes before closing time, meaning late entries will not be permitted past that cutoff window.
Best Time to Visit
Weekdays during the morning hours typically see fewer crowds, offering a more relaxed environment for children to interact with the popular digital exhibits. Weekends and school holiday periods tend to draw the largest crowds, which can result in longer wait times for the hands-on wax molding stations.

Good to Know Before Visiting Crayola Experience Orlando

Every general admission ticket includes access to the interactive stations alongside a physical voucher for a Scribble Scrubbie pet and two tokens to use at custom souvenir machines.

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their visit.

Admission is entirely free for toddlers aged two and under.

Purchasing your general admission vouchers online in advance guarantees entry and provides a direct discount compared to buying them at the physical walk-up counter.

Same-day re-entry is fully permitted, but you must remember to get your hand stamped by staff before exiting the main doors.

All guests, bags, and strollers are required to go through a standard security screening and inspection at the main entrance prior to entry.

While traditional strollers are allowed inside if they meet standard size limits, all varieties of stroller wagons are strictly prohibited from entering the facility.

Outside food, beverages, and coolers cannot be brought past the security gate unless they are for required medical or infant dietary needs.

It is highly recommended that children wear casual play clothes because several attractions involve working with physical paint, clay, and melted wax.

Bringing an extra tote bag or backpack is recommended to help you easily carry home all the physical art projects and crafts created throughout the day.
